FACILITATE - Find 3 to 5 people. Choose a book to read together chapter by chapter.

FORMATION - Share your answers to the questions at the end of each chapter. Share your completed challenge at the beginning of each gathering.

FIELDS - Identify where you will practice what you have learned. Let your circle pray for you and encourage you.

FINISH - Go with a purpose. Be faithful. Keep learning and finish what you start.

SIMPLY INTENTIONAL

Jason, his wife, and his son moved into a house of their own. They were surrounded by elderly neighbors. Jason decided to do two things. First, he would meet his elderly neighbors and serve them, not only them, but the seniors at his church. Secondly, while he was away from home, he would give socks to the homeless.

SIMPLY INTENTIONAL

A midwest city’s leading oil company decided to lean into the Dream Clock training. Instead of trying to identify who, or what, was behind division, they leaned in to becoming part of the solution. Together they encouraged their whole company through hosting the Dream Clock and creating small groups for employees to read the chapters and do the challenges together. The response went so well that they decided to put 3 o’clock principle to practice by making a list of the many smaller restaurants and intentionally becoming a large customer base for them.
